OUR PROCESS
#1 Introduction:
We get to know your business, the role, the hiring manager, and what your recruitment process currently looks like. We then agree on what qualifications and experience your candidate needs, alongside the finer contract details (location, remuneration etc.)
#2 Research & Mapping:
We use what we’ve learnt to start our comprehensive industry
research and talent mapping.
We use our existing database, our professional networks, and any referrals we can gain from trusted industry contacts to build the most exhaustive list of candidates possible.
#3 Engagement & Attraction:
At this stage we begin approaching candidates in the market. We discuss not only the role, but also their perception of your company in the broader industry. We’ll conduct first-stage interviews so that we can provide you with the level of detail you require to assess each candidate’s suitability.
#4 Interviews & Assessments:
By this stage, all candidates have been screened by us, have a full resume and/or profile, and are ready to be interviewed by you and your team. We co-ordinate timings, follow-up calls, and any assessments you require, providing feedback to both parties throughout this process.
#5 Offer and Acceptance:
Getting to this stage means you would like to offer a candidate the position, and it’s highly likely they want to work with you too. We assist in final negotiations and, to make sure that you secure your new team member, help to guide them through their resignation and any subsequent exit meetings.
